Production Team Member
Location: Chelmsford
Salary: from £12.21 per hour, plus a company bonus scheme
We are recruiting Production Team Members to join our Chelmsford site, supporting leading hotels and restaurants by preparing clean, high-quality linen. If you want a hands-on role in a modern environment, with real progression and a great team culture? This is a fast paced but straightforward role where you stay active, learn quickly and work with impressive, automated machinery.
What you will be doing
This is not heavy manual work or complicated processing. You will be working with large, automated and highly advanced machines that do most of the work for you.
Your role will include feeding clean sheets, duvets and pillowcases into the machines, packing finished items, and processing customer orders into clearly labelled bags. Everything is organised, system driven and easy to learn, with full training provided.
The focus is on accuracy, teamwork and keeping things moving smoothly.
